Return Policy

We only offer 15-day returns for exchanges for size exchange upon receipt for Malaysia addresses. Requests made after this period may not be considered.

  1. Returns for size exchanges only eligible for full-priced items;
  2. All underwear, socks, caps, free gifts and accessories are NOT eligible for returns and exchanges.
  3. Returns and exchanges only can be completed if the item is in original condition (unused, unwashed, tag intact, unworn, and unaltered). Sticker on packaging can't be removed or altered in any form. Exchanges of an item that do not meet all of the above conditions will be duly declined.
  4. Returns and exchanges only granted for one-time per order ID.

Postage: Customers must cover round-trip delivery fees and send returns via registered mail. Payment for new delivery fee must include the correct order id number. Any unclear payment details that cause delays may result in processing timeouts, requiring a new processing fee.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact our customer service <here> for assistance and provide evidences of the unboxing process to show that the goods were incorrect/defective upon receipt. Do not discard any packaging materials and remove the price tag!

There may be a ±1inch (2.54cm) difference in measurements and 5% discrepancy in product colour due to lighting and different devices, this variance is NOT considered a defect; for printed items, variations in symmetry, alignment, or slight colour patches are normal. Such reasons do NOT qualify for returns.

Refund: Refund will be issued as store credit if the item is run out of stock for exchange and to be offset on your next purchase. Store credit is strictly non-refundable and validity for one month. Contact us to reserve item in advance.  

 

Termination of returns

We are not responsible for returned goods in the following situations:-

  1. Lost or damaged during return transit;
  2. Damaged cause by natural disasters or fire;
  3. Damaged from misuse, improper care, or negligence;
  4. Damage from accidents (including pet damage) or soiled/contaminated products; 
  5. Any form of damages not reported or proven to us;
  6. Item with cigarette or perfume odours indicating excessive wear and tear.

 

Unclaimed parcels

All unclaimed parcels will be automatically disposed of after 14 days. Any appeals or compensation claims regarding unclaimed parcels will be disregarded thereafter. MADE BY NINETIES is not obligated to retain any unclaimed parcels with any of the following situations:

  1. Buyer failure to pay the new delivery fee;
  2. Unapproachable customer;
  3. Unknown returned parcels;
  4. Requests or reasons deemed unreasonable.

 

Important Note:

MADE BY NINETIES reserves the right not to accept any return requests that do not meet our standard return policy. Appeals or compensation claims will be disregarded based on our judgment.

Goods sold are non-refundable. No cash refunds will be given after the transaction is confirmed on www.madeby90s.com. In cases where refunds are approved, they will be issued in the form of store credit.

 

Terms and conditions

  1. Refunds are eligible for full-priced items only and are provided in the form of store credit. Promotions, sales, and discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
  2. Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
  3. Store credit codes will be emailed to the buyer's registered email address.

 

Store Credit

  1. Store credit has a validity of one month from the date it is issued. Once expired or if not redeemed within the validity period, it will not be reissued or extended.
  2. Any refunded store credit that is used on a new order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  3. Store credit is only eligible for use on www.madeby90s.com and cannot be used in-store or on other platforms.
  4. Each store credit code is valid for one-time redemption, and each transaction allows the use of only one code.
  5. Store credit codes are valid for selected categories and cannot be used in conjunction with combo deals.
  6. Store credit will be issued up to 7 working days after an order cancellation is completed or a return is approved.

 

Important Note:

MADE BY NINETIES will not entertain any disputes or complaints regarding refunds once the terms are fulfilled. MADE BY NINETIES reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
